How we built our knowledge base section in WordPress

Hey TRUNG,

Have you ever wanted to add a robust knowledge base or FAQ section on your website?

Several people asked me about how did we actually build the knowledge base or wiki section on my various websites like WPForms and others.

Well, we used a WordPress plugin that helped us add real-time answers with drag & drop content ordering.

It also gave us analytics + user feedback insights, so we can improve our documentation to reduce support and save time.

Here are the 9 best knowledge base plugins for WordPress - we used #1 in the list, and then customized it further.

Other useful WordPress tutorials this week:

- We updated our guide on how to add email subscription in your WordPress blogs.

- We created a tutorial on how to add interactive 360 degree images in WordPress.

- We wrote about how to prevent text selection and copy/paste in WordPress (and some reasons on why we don't recommend it).

- We shared how import & export users in WordPress.

Useful resources for Q4:

Whether you're just starting out or want to maximize your website growth in the holiday season, you'll find these guides useful in Q4:

How to start a WordPress Blog (and make it successful)
How to start an online store (no coding needed)
24 must have plugins and tools for websites
- How to add push notifications in WordPress (to increase traffic)
How to Register a Domain Name (and Get it for Free)

That's all for this week.

Cheers,
